Packaging: All cigars are packed securely in cushioned boxes to prevent damage during transit. We take extra precautions to maintain the integrity of our products, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress.
Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, postal delays, and customs clearances for international orders. We do our best to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions: We comply with legal shipping restrictions and do not deliver to certain jurisdictions. Due to specific state regulations, we cannot ship to California. Any orders placed with a delivery address in California will be canceled and immediately refunded. Please consult our website for a list of other excluded areas.
Backorder Deliveries: If an item is on backorder, we will notify you at the time of purchase. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, the in-stock items may ship separately at no additional cost.
