Return Policy

We aim to provide our customers with the highest quality cigars. Due to the various state laws within the United States, returns are accepted only if the cigars arrive damaged or broken.

Return Process:

  1. Notification: Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you discover that the cigars are damaged or broken upon arrival. Contact our customer service team via email at info@cigarlane.com.
  2. Proof of Damage: Attach a photo of the damaged cigars and/or box and include your purchase receipt in your communication.
  3. Return Authorization: Once we verify the damage through the evidence you provide, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and inform you of the option to either receive a refund or exchange the product. For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send back the damaged cigars at no additional cost to you. Please ensure that returns are shipped using our provided label to guarantee that the return is processed efficiently.
  4. Shipping Instructions: Please return the damaged cigars in their original packaging using the prepaid shipping label we provide. Ensure that the package is securely sealed before dispatching it for return. The use of our provided label ensures that you will not incur any shipping costs.
  5. Inspection: Upon return, the cigars will be inspected to verify damage. Cigars that do not meet our damage criteria will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

Refunds and Exchanges: After confirming the damage, we will offer you the option of a full refund or an exchange for a similar product, subject to availability. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.

Exclusions: This return policy does not cover damages due to improper handling, storage by the customer, or issues that occur after delivery has been accepted in good condition.
