The CAO Pilón Robusto Extra is crafted using Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos fermented with the traditional Cuban pilón method, a technique that inspired the project from the start. This process enhances depth and texture, resulting in a richer, more concentrated flavor profile. A velvety Ecuadorian Habano Viso wrapper completes the blend, bringing balance and refined intensity to the 5 inch by 52 ring gauge format.

Once lit, the cigar opens with notes of wood and spice that gradually give way to bolder layers of pepper and earth.
